The sauce is made all in house with organic fresh ingredients from the local farmers. This product is sold by the bottle, or can be sold in packages of 10 for special requests.
These ribs are slow cooked for 12 hours over a pit with cherry wood mixed in with oak to give the meat the mahogany color with that sweet smokey flavor everyone loves. These ribs are available in single rack or multiple. Discounts are available for purchases of $50 or more.
Unbelievable brisket is cooked for 18 hours on low heat with the same sauce as above. Every hour, the pit master rubs the sauce on to soak the meat with flavor that will burst in your mouth! Once it is ready, it is carefully taken out of the heat and set to rest for 20 minutes before being served. The brisket is sold by the pound and discounted if more than 10lbs are purchased.
The burgers are made when ordered. This burgers are made with local meat, and are soaked in a special sauce prior to being put on the grill. They also come with bacon taken from local farmers with bread delivered daily from a local bakery that customized the buns for Uncle's Famous BBQ. After the burger is cooked to order, it gets one last slather of juices and a secret sauce before being served to the customer. This burger will surely fill you up and have you come back again!
