After several postponements, Winona's long awaited preliminary hearing finally began yesterday only to be postponed again.  On her way back to court after a lunch break, she was hit in the arm by a TV camera and fractured her right arm. The hearing is scheduled to continue Thursday. 

She was arrested back in December and charged with theft, vandalism, burglary, and possession of a controlled substance and entered a plea of NOT GUILTY in February.
