The Japanese Cultural Association of the Capital District is a non-profit membership organization in New York State's capital region dedicated to providing a forum for study and practice of the Japanese language, disseminating information and fostering discourse on cultural issues, supporting Japanese nationals locating to the area and offering opportunities for the enjoyment of Japanese arts and culture.
