Situation:

            TJ’s Car Dealership has found that their proposed budget is falling short and they are beginning to fall into a deficit.  They have found that the salespersons are not using their time wisely and sales have decreased. TJ’s Car Dealership has requested an application to keep up with employees sales versus time on the clock and show statistics on how much more profitable they are versus other employees. They have also requested that it would keep track of the inventory and also print out employee checks.

Objectives:

1.  Create an application with features to keep track of inventory, employee hours and  payroll.
2. Also include features to calculate the employees’ sales versus time on the clock to rate each employee’s efficiency and entail maximize profit. 

Solution Approach:

• Created with Java Programming Language integrating object orientation with different classes to perform the various methods.
• User interface will be created with the Java.Swing and AWT classes.

Benefits:

1. Reduce cost to employee payout
2. To visually see what employees are not productive.
3. Efficiently track earnings, inventory, and employee hours in one complete system.

Qualifications: 

            The development team is currently completing their bachelors in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Business at UNC at Charlotte. With a combined 20 years in developing applications.
