Front View Sitting Position
Spring 2007
No head stability, extreme weakness of the neck; the sitting position is unstable due to a pelvis that has no depth and no width, titled backward and folded inward; the sitting platform is on the sacrum instead of being on the sitting bones (ischial tuberosities). Due to extreme weakness of the thorax, child falls backwards, despite the high level of support.
Fall 2007
Less hyperextension and collapse of the abdomen and anterior thorax however head control is still absent.
Winter 2009
Excellent improvement of the seated position. Less external support is being provided and the child does not collapse backwards due to more strength of the anterior thorax. Excellent improvement of the head control. More proper seated platform (more on the sitting bones).

Jaw and Mouth Floor
Spring 2007
Significant weakness of the neck; the shoulder girdle is elevated and weak as seen by the overlap of the vertically positioned clavicle on the neck. Absence of segmentation between mouth floor, neck and upper chest. Collapse of the jaws result in no clear lines of distinction. The trachea is unstable and bulges outwards. No mimic of the face is being present.
Fall 2007
Emerging distinctive lines of divisions between the mouth floor, neck and upper chest; clearer line of the jaw.
Winter 2009
child is able to support his head without any external support, as previous, due to more strength of the neck. Excellent improvement within the jaw line. (clearer and more distinctive). Distinctive divisions between chin and mouth floor. The face mimic has improved.
