Raymond married Cecil Delores Johnson in Kirbyville, Texas (marriage licence in Jasper) on 20MAR1937. Together, the had four children; Shirley Ann Kelley, Wayne Leslie "Butch" Kelley, Cecilia Ann Kelley, and Ramona Diana Kelly.
