Due to a clerical error on her birth certificate, her name is not spelled the same as her parents or siblings. Ramona's siblings were; Shirley Ann Kelley, Wayne Leslie "Butch" Kelley, and Cecelia Ann Kelley.
Ramona married Marvin Earl Powell on 20SEP1973. Together they had one child; Amy Leigh Powell. She and Marvin were divorced in 07DEC1979.
Ramona later had a child with Kenny Wayne Poe. This daughter was named Andrea Lynn Rush on her birth certificate, but her name was legally changed to Andrea Lynn Poe in 198?.
Ramona then married Jerry Bernard Bishop on 14APR1984, and together they had one child; Zeri Paul Bishop.
Ramona, Jerry and Zeri live near Houston, Texas.
