Leli Mae Leblanc was born on 20JUN1929 in Thibodoux Louisiana to Lucretia Agnes LeBlanc and Royal Joseph LeBlanc. The first of five daughters, she was baptised on 07JUL1929 as Ella Mae LeBlanc. Her God Parents were Lionel LeBlanc & Ester LeBlanc Chaisson. Her siblings are: Betty Jean Nabors, Sadie Mae Vines, Annie Laura Babin and Royaline Mary Pinder.
She married Wilbur Johnson Fillingim on 23NOV1946, and together they had a son, Wilbur Johnson Fillingim Jr. They were divorced on 12SEP1949.
She then married Charles Slater Brown on 13OCT1950, and together they had a daughter Linda Sue Brown. Leli and Charles were divorced in 1952.
She married Johnnie Mack Grimes on 08JUL1952, and together they had a son, Johnnie Mack Grimes Jr. She remained with Johnnie Mack Grimes Sr. until his death on 24JUN1993.
She now resides in Buna, Texas.
