In spring of last year, I sent money orders with written plant or seed needs, paying for them as well as shipping costs.
BASED UPON THEIR PAST ACTIONS, AND THEIR PRODUCTS,
I DEMAND THAT THE POSSIBILLITY OF A QUARANTINE BE ADMINISTERED THEM.
As well investigations appropiate.
I am an elder age 68, gardener with decades of gardening knowledge, my Gila Bend garden across from that post office is locally famous as a demonstration garden. I have a regular weekly gardening column in an area newspaper. I am preparing a book to publish, titled "The OUTLAW POET-GARDENER COOKBOOK."
EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR FROM THEM DIED!!
I suspect the cause may be in some sort of solution they are soaking or applying to them before shipping, a sort of embalming effect.
One of them, the Burgess co. actually sent me a daylily with a green fungus growing on it, which I neutered in a solution of chorine, one other was decapitated of its top bud growth.
Some came up dying almost immediately and some never came up.
Contacting them all by letter,
THEY ALL REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONIES,
WITHIN THE MOST INSULTING OF MANNER OF TEXT.
THEY ARE AN INSULT TO ALL NURSERIES, ENDANGERING ALL PLANT COMPANIES, NATIONALLY.
One company contacted did send a refund quikly and an apology...Thompson and Morgan Seed Co.
Park Seed Co, though, after my insistence, took a long time. I still advertise them in my column, because of the reasonable cost of their seed.
This statement will be mailed to all major national news services, immediately upon its completion.

The tiny but huge in aspect, additional issue is my joining the National Home Gardening Club last year, paying dues, and then mysteriously being ousted,
because I didnt want to be forced by them to purchase (albeit excellent gardening books) in a ruse and fraud they have set up to victumize gardeners!

Let me give some details, they made me a lifetime member they said an elite group receiving special privileges...Then they set up where I would be forced to buy their series of books for $29.95 each. The first was beautiful and only $9.00, a hook to suck you in...the rest the higher price!
After I returned two of their books saying I live on a fixed income plus I know it all, which I do.
They sent me a nasty letter canceling me...its a perfectly viable federal lawsuit!
In order to get their email address, I had to fill out a form, joining again, how amusing, it wont be for them.

On the 12th of now, Officer G.A. Burke came because I had called that two extremely dangerous males had entered the premises of 108 w. papago st, with mike ruff our meth dealer to his #2 residence.
911 would not take the info, disconnecting me!
Burke then showed up, on the request of
911 to admonish me.
Talking casually with a game warden and what appeared to be his fan club, I asked him, after 16 previous deputy visits
to mr. ruff, why they hadnt yet arrested him?
(At issue is the two preteen sons who live with ruff, him living off of their S.S.I. checks. And who are tweaking with obvious meth use daily.)
BURKE RETORTED, "BUT WE DONT KNOW IF HE'S A METH DEALER."
Today, I hear someone slashed all of ruffs tires, and I hear from a source, he knows who did it!
So at 2:00 pn, I viewed him and the ruffians leaving.
These guys look as if they have killed.

In 2000: After years (since 1981) of writing letters etc to the FBI headquarters on topics relating to either observing criminality or the curiuos knack of such finding me,
I obtained by mysterious circumstance my first computer, at which, I told them to monitor all of my communications but not interfere with my freedom of speech.
So! for the life of that computer,I never had to worry about any virus in my working on the internet or on my website. This is not a boast, merely fact.
I do add they are incredibly cheap, for all my dangers, they have awarded me nothing.
