Combine 1
or more cups of plain yogurt with equal amount of
sour cream, refrigerate and put dollops on various foods, excellent on soups.

2. Have trouble with heartburn or indigstion?
dont buy any silly pills!
Grate a tablespoon of raw ginger, drink with a bit of fluid or blend with milk and a tablespoon of honey. Both ginger and honey are natural antibiotics, of if you wish, probiotics.

3. Speaking of probiotics, every morning, I blend a half a cup of aloe plant leaves diced, half an apple diced,
grated garlic clove, as well raw ginger to add about a tablespoon, and a half a teaspoon of turmeric and cinnamon powder for a very very bitter anti oops probiotic drink to start the day, guaranteed to wake one up!

4. If you blender 1/4 of an apple, a tablespoon of raw grated ginger, a bit of honey, adding a dollop of vanilla flavored yogurt and two cups of milk, it will taste like coconut without the high saturated fats.

"Chunky Dip:


superb in texture, mix bit of number 1. with bit of salsa, adding chunks of fresh avocado
will garnish almost anything edible on planet earth.

Recently the Ajo Corridor Times printed the below, now improved, recipe as a granola, when it is actually a snack to be eaten with spoon, dry.
1-2 pounds quick oats,
1 12 oz. box flax seed,
1 pkg. of semi sweet chocoate chips,
2 cups of diced small dried
apricots,
1 cup dried blueberries,
1 cuo dried cherries,
12 oz of raisins,
1 cup of finely ground Wal Mart's Trail mix which has almonds, soy nuts, sunflower seeds toasted called pepitas,
Mix together, eat, excellent with glass of milk.

High in protein, omega 3 oils, antioxidants, vit. A-beta carotene, and reverstrol. the element in wine that
aids French alcoholics to have better vascular systems.

8. Put any brand, packet of
hot cocoa or other flavors into blender, add two cups of cold milk, a dollop of yogurt, a half teaspoon of turmeric-cinnamon powder*, blend on high speed,  makes the best frothy milkshake you ever had!
*drank daily, this will help with joint pain.

9. Theres lot of talk about broccoli and its cancer preventive element, sulfaraphone, BUT if you have a bottle of brown mustard made with whole mustard seed, that will top the  other!  I use it especially well, in soups as an additional flavor.

10.

A Mexican co. makes and sells a product called
"Chocolate para mesa, MOCTEZUMA", which are thick wafers to make a traditional drink, forget that!, just break off a hard piece, and let it dissolve for a minute in your mouth, and you will have an unforgetable delicious moment to remember, one of complex flavors unimaginable!
