We had our first leader�s conference call for our unit. I thought that it went real well. I�m hoping as time goes on it will evolve into an awesome networking amongst us leaders! Debbie shared with us that our unit is like a bouquet of flowers. Each person we sign up is like adding another flower to our vase making up a beautiful arrangement. Some may dry and we can use them in other types of arrangements. I invite those who have 2 or more recruits to be a part of the leader conference call. For those of you who are near the Portland Showroom please think about joining me at the training. For those of you who are Unit Manager and above, you can apply for associate trainer as well! Once I become Exec. Director I want to apply to become a National Trainer! Remember these trainings are completely FREE and are offered each month at all of the showrooms and various cities throughout the country. CONVENTION REGISTRATION JUNE 1ST!! Convention registration begins June 1st!! Put it on your calendar! I expect this convention to sell out since it will be the only one this year. Also, plan on reserving your room asap! We will be staying at the Anaheim Hilton. Exec Directors Erin Wilson, Tammy Lowder, Jenny Sprenger, and I will be hosting a pizza party in our rooms for our units! DEADLINE FOR PROMOTION RECOGNITION AT CONVENTION JUNE 30TH! If you want to be recognized for your promotion at convention you will need to be promoted before June 30th. Please don�t miss out on this deadline! Since this is the only convention I would hate for you to have to wait until next year. I will be hosting my own Jazzy Gem Awards in my room! This will be the 2nd annual JGA! You won�t want to miss it! |

This month is halfway over and it has already been successful for many of us! It is so important to take ownership of your business.
