Alycia promoted from Unit Manager I to Unit Manager II!!! WOO HOO ALYCIA!! Debbie Promoted from Unit Manager I to Director II!! WOO HOO DEBBIE!! FEBRUARY PROMOTIONS Rhonda promoted to Unit Manager! WOO HOO RHONDA!! MARCH PROMOTIONS Christine promoted to Unit Manager II! WOO HOO CHRISTINE!! With the way Alycia and Rhonda are recruiting I expect them to be Directors either this month or next! Christine is following very close behind!! I know all 3 of them will be walking across stage at convention for their director promotions!! Debbie is also on a roll and she is on her way to becoming a Sr. Director!! Just to think these girls are at the same level I was at this time last year! Last year my commission checks were averaging $500 a month!! Now, oh my goodness�..they are averaging $2,000 a month!!! AMAZING HUH! This just shows you how awesome this works and that it truly does work! I have full faith in Cookie and John that our new comp plan will be even better!!! One thing we need to remember is that Cookie and John are adamant about rewarding leaders. Leaders who help develop other leaders. If you want to grow in this company, you will be sitting pretty if you want others to succeed and help them achieve their goals. I feel so blessed to have all of you in my unit! |
