This was based on a two week unit, and includes a Culminating activity, some Rainforest vocabulary, and a Rubric. Our exciting lesson has the children campaigning to save the Rainforest so that we have time to find the plant that can cure the disease "Squackalitis."
We created this lesson around a second grade, but it can be incorporated into every grade level. There by, giving the chance for the students to express to us in their campaign the knowledge they now possess on the Rainforest after this unit. Fun times for all please come on in and see! :)
