.:What Can I do For You?:.

There are many services that I can perform for you. They are as follows:

Ribbon: Whether you need ribbon material to replace the tattered and worn ribbon on your medals, or those in your collection, or you require a ribbon group built, I'd be more than happy to help you out. Have a look at the CHARTS for the ribbon you're looking for, and order it directly from my SHOP. Or, alternatively, you can EMAIL me with your requirements. I stock a great deal of Commonwealth and US ribbon material, and what I don't have I can get on very short order. I can also build your ribbon group to specification - whether it is your own, or representing a famous soldier (I've done Billy Bishop, Eisenhower, MacArthur, FM Montgomery, Kitchener, and scores of others). I've also created ribbon groups for re-enacting units.

Medals: I can court mount or swing mount any medal or group in your collection, or your own medals if needed. You can learn about the difference between swing and court mounting in the FAQs. My technique has been perfected over the years and I am proud to produce clean, neat groups that meet the stringent requirements of even the pickiest of Sergeant-Majors. I can also provide great quality copy miniature and full size Canadian medals, and some British Medals. If I don't have it, I can usually get it.

Research: I was a history major in University - my specialty was in researching the battles of the two great wars of the twentieth century. If you have a research project, or would like me to research your Canadian relative at the National Archive, give me an EMAIL. I can also get access to a lot of the medal rolls of Commonwealth battles since Waterloo, so if you have a question, please don't hesitate to ask.

.: How does it work?:.

 1. Your medals and ribbons are treated with the respect they deserve. I produce only clean, precise Court-Mounted medals and ribbon bars, and I use only acid-free materials on all areas viewable. No ugly glue-stains showing on the ribbons. I can also do Swing-mount on request.

2. I try to make the process as simple as possible. You can either order on the SHOP page, or you get in touch with me over EMAIL, and let me know what I can do for you. I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed response. My turnaround time once I receive your order, or your medals, is usually less than 14 days. If it is going to be more, I'll be in touch with you. I do my best to keep you informed - I know how hard it can be to have to deal over the 'faceless' internet. I want to assure you that your medals are safe in my hands.

3. I accept Cheques, Money Orders and Paypal. No Cash - no reputable dealer should accept cash - it is too easy to 'lose' in transit.

4. My ribbon groups are as thin as can be - light and airy on your uniform. I can do all Commonwealth Forces ribbon and medal groups (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc), as well as most Police and Emergency Services forces as well - RCMP, OPP, Royal Constabulary, etc. I can do Association medals and ribbons also- Royal Canadian Legion, Korean Vets, etc. Also - Canadian Corps of Commissionaires medals.

5. I recommend that you send your medals in a bubble mailer, wrapped well to prevent damage. Also - register your package and insure it against loss. I will do the same upon returning it to you.

6. My prices are relatively cheap - I also offer nearly a 40% discount to Commonwealth Veterans over most Online mounting services - Just let me know when and where you  served.

.: Examples:.
Here are a few examples of my work. Clicking on the thumbnail will bring up a larger version in a new window.

This first example is a stunning two-war Military Cross court-mounted medal group. He was a soldier in the First World War, and switched over to the Royal Navy for the Second.

The second is a Canadian Peacekeeping Group built because the ex-soldier needed new ribbons and new backing put on.

Finally, here is a ribbon group that I built for my personal collection. It represents the entitlements of Air Commodore Len Birchall, a Second World War Canadian Aviator who was dubbed 'The Saviour of Ceylon' by Winston Churchill.

If you would like more scans of examples, just EMAIL me.
