Code
of Conduct
-
You
must be a member to play with the group.
-
I
will not accept any kind of serious disrespect (racism,
sexism, etc.), whether it's a joke or not. You will
be permanently banned for any comments that are deemed
non respectful after being warned once. Please respect
other players, while having some fun is certainly permitted,
we must be careful in how we do this as to not hurt
someone's feelings. I suggest approaching the person
one-on-one if you don't feel comfortable with some comments
a member might have made towards you.
-
Do
I even have to mention only serious Role-playing? If
you can't role-play there's more than enough Free For
All games elsewhere. No senseless killing.
-
The
games are usually run by a Game Master (GM) . This person
sets up the story and assigns roles. Please listen to
the GM and do not argue about his or her decisions.
-
Stay
in character! A Bounty Hunter has no lightsaber. A Jedi
Knight doesn't use Force Grip. See the Character Guides
bellow for more info.If other players mention that you're
not in character, chances are that they are right. Instead
of bitching, try to get back in character.
-
Do
not put your role in your nickname. For example: Boba
Fett [Bounty Hunter] as your nick is a good way to get
kicked out of the game.
-
Please
do not use movie characters as your character. Be inventive
and original.
-
Please
pay attention and do not chat when the Game Master is
setting up the game.
-
No
whining about lag... I know it lags sometimes, and you
bitching about it makes me want to kick you. A good
way for lag to ease is for a player to exit and come
back in. So instead of yelling "lag!" over
and over, help out with it!
-
I'm
always thinking of better ways to run this group and
improve our role playing experience. If you don't agree
with one of my ideas or decisions, calmly come to me
and we can talk. I'm always open to other people's suggestions
and I will listen.
-
You
must download every file in the Mandatory Skins and
Maps sections. This section will be updated on a regular
basis.
-
You
must check out the message board regularly for story
ideas, last game's thoughts, new skins, maps or just
to chat!
-
If
I don't hear from you fairly regularly (e-mail, message
board, Zone, Messenger, etc.) I will assume you have
quit the group.
You
get very few chances. If you can't understand why we need
these rules and can't obey them, find another game because
you will be kicked out or banned.
Thank
you for your understanding,
Jayna
