July 21 vs Yankees
Pat was inserted back into the rotation but was roughed up once
again. He lasted just two and two thirds innings while giving up eight
runs on seven hits. He walked four and did not strike out a
batter.
July 10 vs Anaheim
Pat pitched out of the bullpen once again and
allowed
only one hit.
July 4 vs Montreal
Pat pitched his first game out of the bullpen
this year and had a perfect inning in which he stuck out a batter.
June 27 vs Montreal
Pat was roughed up early in this one and didn't
make it out of the second inning. In total he gave up six runs on
three
hits including a home run. He struggled terribly with his
control,
walking five batters.
June 22 vs Tampa Bay
Pat was roughed up by the red hot Devil Rays and
took another loss. He gave up four runs on five hits over five
innings. He struggled with his control also as he walked five
batters and did not record a strikeout.
June 16 vs San Francisco
Pat really struggled on this night as the Jays
were trounced 10-2. He lasted just three innings and gave up
seven
runs on seven hits, including two home runs. He also walked two
batters
and did not record a strikeout.
June 11 vs Arizona
Pat had one of his best games of the season and
pitched seven shutout innings. He was not allowed to finish the game
though, and the bullpen blew the game. Hi numbers were seven
innings no runs five hits, two walks and four strikeouts.
June 5 vs Oakland
A lack of run support and the longball ruined a
seven inning outing by Hentgen. He surrendered just four hits but
two of them were homers. He also walked three and struck out
four.
May 31 vs Seattle
Pat took another loss despite having six
strikeouts in five innings. He gave up four runs on eight hits
and also walked three batters.
May 26 vs Anaheim
After missing a start, Pat came back strong going
five innings while allowing just two hits and two runs. He walked
three and struck out two but did not record a decision.
May 15 vs Boston
Pat was burned by the long ball and
was tagged with the loss. He pitched five innings, gave up four
runs on five hits. He walked three sturck out three and gave up
three
home runs.
May 10 vs Kansas City
Pat picked up his second straight win while
pitching a decent game. He went six and a third innings, gave upp
two runs on four hits while striking out five and walking two.
May 4 vs Kansas City
Pat started strong and then ran into some
trouble, but managed to pick up his first win of the year. He
went five innings, gave up four runs on six hits and struck out two.
Apr 29 vs White Sox
Pat was crusing along until the sixth inning when
he ran into trouble and wound up with a no decision. He went five
innings, gave up four runs on seven hits, while walking two and
striking out two. He recorded the 1000th strikeout of his career.
Apr 24 vs Baltimore
Pat did not get a decision in today's
game. He went five innings and gave up four runs on eight hits.
He walked three and struck out one.
Apr 18 vs Baltimore
Pat pitched better this time around but took
another loss. He lasted seven innings, gave up three runs (two
earned) on six hits, while walking three and striking out one.
Apr 13 vs Detroit
Pat struggled again but his offence bailed him out so he had a no
decision. His line was three innings, five runs on seven hits.
He walked one and struck out one.
April 7 vs Detroit:
Pat took the loss in his return to the Blue Jays. He went five
and two thirds innings giving up six runs (two of them earned) on five
hits. He walked one and struck out one.
