Meng Ly was a former refugee from Cambodia and have arrived in New Zealand since 1980. He is married to Sou Thieng Ly and now have five grown up children. -Vicky ( F ) was married to Haifeng in 2004 and were both graduated in Bachelor in international business. -Jasen is a student of Medicine in year 6, awarded Dux 2000 Edgewater College. -Jeffrey is a student of Pharmacy in year 4. -Jeremy is a student of Pharmacy in year 3, awarded Proxime Accessit 2003 Edgewater College. -Joanna is currently studying first year Health Sciences in Otago, awarded Dux 2005 Edgewater College. |

1972-1975 was a student of Pharmacy School in Phnom Penh and was at the same time a student in Geography at the Faculty des letters et des sciences humaines in Phnom Penh. Cambodia. 1969-1972 was a student of Indradevy High School and Sangkum Reasniyum High. 1965-1969 was a student of Maung Russey College. Works experiences and businesses experiences. 1975-1979 was a slave worker of communism regime of Pol Pot. Growing all kinds of plantations and vegetables. 1979-1980 was a refugee in the refugee camps controlled by UNHCR . 1980-1981 was a machine operator at a veneer factory. 1981-1984 was a processing worker and leading hand at a pharmaceutical company. 1984-1992 was owner and operator of fast food business and bakery. 1990-1992 was a real Estate salesman. 1992-1995 was a director of a trading company and retailing of tourist products. 1995-1999 was a director of a traveling business and a finance broker. 1999-2005 was an education consultant and importer. Investor of residential properties. Was a quality Assurance manager.
