	About Jayeechi Cultural Corporation Jayeechi is a nonprofit organization (NGO), incorporated as "Personería Jurídica" 02584, year 1992, NIT 800.187.542-5, Chamber of Commerce Registration, 1 September 1997 under No. 309. It is constituted by an Annual General Assembly whose representation is assumed by the Board of Directors: Legal Representative:  Indira Barros Bonivento Vice Presidente:  Luis Van-Grieken Gonzalez Secretary:  Luzmila Amaya Curvelo Treasurer:  Cristina Pimienta Barros Fiscal:  Luis Vanegas Cotes Vocal:  Claudia Contreras Camargo The artistic direction is carried out by Enrique Berbeo García, a Bogotano based in the Guajira for the past 12 years where he has, in addition, been employed as the director of the theatre of the University of the Guajira.  He has been responsible for projects such as Kaulayawa (The Game of the Little Goat), Colcultura National Grant 1992, Francisco the Man, Colcultura National Grant 1995, Resident Artists' Exchange Grant Colombia-México 2001-2001.
