NAILWORM BIO:

1^st era- The Hard Rock Days 1997-1999

It started at the early Mabolo band era early 1997 wherein Jay Dilan use to have a highschool friend named Ronald Barroma call him to play the mic for their band they have no name for the band yet until the early Nailworms was formally set-up. The original members were Jay Dilan, Jay De Guia, Jun-Jun Lozada, and Ronald Barroma they recorded one song named “Dirt in my mind” and it was played at NU107 Cebu’s in the raw program because of lack of documentation it was still played but they do not know what is the name of the band. The Band was disbanded when half of the member played for the Antonios Madness.

2^nd Era-The Electronic Days 1999-2001

Jay Dilan Experiment on different types of music and carry the name “nailworms” as the man behind the electronic songs in which he created many songs such as self titled nailworms, load of sweet nailworm mix, star, planetworm, wicked, make me feel blue and strange, firefly, the sob-lib song and also pass a song about a project gahom for visayan television.

3^rd Era-The Alternative Days 2001-2002

nailworms after the electronic days nailworms were composed of Jay Dilan, Bimbo Baliguat, Jing2x, and Earl Saavedra. The band did not last that long but Jay Dilan and Bimbo did 1 song named “You Are”.

4^th Era-The Reggae Fusion Days 2003-2004

Jay Dilan formed a new band along with Kniel, Fryan, Bryan, Pansit, DJ Yang2x the band sounds like a reggae fused with other genre. They home recorded a song called Virtuality. And Jay Dilan went to China (2004) to pursue his professional Career in furniture and cabinet making.

6^th Era-The Soul Brothers 2006

Jay Dilan together with Bimbo, Pansit, Bryan, Kniel and Yang2x got together to form the new nailworm project called: Soul Brothers. First jammed during Rock2love which was a valentine concert that was produced by zuglu productions.
