| I listen to all kinds of music. From rap to
rock and from pop to classical, I enjoy listening to it all. Of all of the
types of music, I like dance/techno music the best. I started listening to
techno music about two years ago and at first I hated it. I thought that
every techno song was the same beat over and over, which can be true (depending
on which DJ you are listening to). There is a local DJ who goes by the name
DJ Trashy that I find to be the best. His music is played all over the radio
and in most of the clubs here in Lafayette. I prefer listening to DJ
Trashy, but I will listen to anything up tempo ( with a fast beat ) especially
when I am driving. |

I also enjoy playing music. I have been playing acoustic guitar for about three years now. Even though I have a strong musical back ground, learing how to play the guitar has been quite a challenge. I have learned a lot over the past few years considering the fact that I am teaching myself. I have learned a few songs, but I normally just mess around and make up my own songs. It's easier that way. |
