Firstly you need to download the latest Netscape browser.
You probably already have it but if not and you want to know why you

If you don't already have an internet connection (maybe somebody printed this page for you) you can do all this from school or an Internet cafe.
Legal age of Majority
It is important that if you are a legal minor, i.e. are under the age
of 20, that you ask your parents or guardian before downloading anything
over the internet, because they are legally responsible for your debts
until that age. You will be asked to read and agree to the license agreement
before you can unzip it to a file, so ask them to do that for you also.
This is important.
It will tell you that it is free, but this is not true. You need to
have a Microsoft or NEC operating system before it will work.
For more information about this go here.
