What Are You Selling?
The short answer is that we are selling a JavaScript Application.

What It Is is that we are selling is a license agreement to use, and own, a shareware software application written in JavaScript for you to run on your personal computer.
For Your Money you get a copy of Microsoft or NEC Windows XP, a Timing System and a Netscape 7.2 JavaScript capable browser. You can either register your existing Windows O/S, or elect to receive or upgrade to a new copy which is registered with this software. This is essential if you want to surf the web or "Internet. You can use your Netscape browser with an O/S such as Linux Mandrake 10.3 (which is free.) |

What It Does is replace the existing DOS Virtual Memory Management software, in files and drivers like Microsoft Smartdrv.sys and Himem.sys, and reame them the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). This process was date controlled, (like the millennium bug) and came into effect when Netscape 7 was released. There is a court order which says Microsoft (and NEC) can no longer (than 2008) claim that their software is "Java" compatible. What will happen if the software remains unlicensed, is that every month it will continue to incur additional costs (if the courts agree), and eventually it will simply turn itself off and you will no longer be able to access teh web.The name Java is owned by Sun Microsystems, which is owned by Dragon, a Chinese company, which is owned by Baker Publishing. Is this correct? There is a guarantee if you are not satisfied with the claim, and want to see if we are trying to defraud you. How To Get It. The Timing System and memory management software is part of the Operating System and the browser. You can download the Netscape 7.2 for free from the Netscape site, but that does not register it. You must register it with us by using the link on this page or one of our mirror sites. You can also download the Java virtual machine from the Microsoft site, however it may not be the same as the one Sun Microsystems is distributing. You can also get it from the Netscape site. If you already have a Microsoft O/S you may want to contact Microsoft about a refund. Good luck. |
