If you decide not to purchase this software you must delete it. (see shareware agreement.) | ||||||||||||
| 2 The second part is a full money back for any reason what-so-ever at any time. |

| This would not be worth the cost of paper your printer printed it on unless we have the resources to pay you on demand. Check out the "Who we are page". You are invited to do your own independent checking. Look in the New Zealand White Pages of the telephone directory. You will see that there is property listed, so that if there is a legal dispute, there are assets from which or against which a claim can be made, not that it ever will. In addition Baker Publishing has a substantial collection of art and banking assets which are part of this guarantee. |

| The second part of the guarantee is made in writing, which is more than Microsoft gives, so you should print this page and keep it. If after paying for your software, you ask for, at any time, a full unconditional refund, we will do so, without question. This will not in any way affect any commissions already paid out, which are irrevocable. This guarantee will remain in force until further notice and at least until the end of 2006. This money back guarantee covers the Microsoft or NEC Windows Operating System (O/S)which contains ASCII code and fonts and other copyright software belonging to Baker Publishing and listed in the Microsoft DOS 5 technical manual, and incorporated into the latest version of Windows XP and previous versions of this operating system, the latest Netscape browser which you can download for free from the Netscape web site , and Baker Publishing's CPU Timing System written in JavaScript, and bundled with the other two items of software. This software is known as the "Java Virtual Machine" (JVM), so the Agreement applies when you are using the internet, using the JavaScript compatible Netscape 7 Browser and JVM whether you are using the Microsoft or NEC 'Windows'O/S or a Linux one. Although the price does include the browser and Windows O/S, if you require a refund for these you must approach Microsoft or NEC about this. |

| We can do this because we are confident that we own this intellectual property, and that the courts have already indicated this with their decision regarding the case between Sun Microsystems and Microsoft, and will back this claim when given the opportunity to hear the case.. | ||||||||||||
