China's Oldest Registered International Trade Mark
Sun is a well recognised trade mark internationally.
This means, that once an agreement is reached between two countries, for example India
and China, the trade mark becomes an International one, and by convention, other countries
must recognise prior use. For example:
Sunbeam www.sunbeam.com
Sun Rice www.sunrice.com.au
Sun Raisins

Dragon Rice

Double Dragon
Ginko Biloba Tea /Ginseng Herbal Tea
Sun was originally accepted in India as a trade mark registered in China by China's legal system. At that time it was owned by a company called Dragon which was more than just a family owned company, it was the whole Chinese legal institution and students who were lucky and dilligent enough to be accepted into the school which allowed them to read and to copy texts by hand made them agree not to originate any works themselves.
In other words enen in those early days Dragon protected its copyright and was (and still is) owned by the Emperor, or China's "royal" family.
The emperor was forced to leave China for Taiwan at the end of the Ming Dynasty, (in what today would be called a corporate take-over of the dynastic line) but managed to ship most of his precious Ming pots to Taiwan before he was caught and thrown to the crocodiles.
Some of this is now in the possession  of
Durham University in England).
The full story is being published by Baker Publishing who owns the copyright to it.

.
The Dragon trade mark is the Imperial or five toed dragon, which appears only the personal property of the Emperor including military uniforms. Copyright infringement of this trademark still carries the death penalty under Chinese law, while the SUN trade mark is the word sun, and the symbol is the same as is used by th
e Buddhist Falun Gong China's pro-democracy movement, a backwards swastika called the sun sign, however it was the Emperor who used it first, and the fascist Nazi regime in Germany which took the reversed symbol as their mark, both of which appear on the Emperor's Imperial robe, which is a military uniform denoting 'Admiral of all China's navies.
The other robe of the pair, the "Phoenix" denoting the Emperor'r wife, was featured on
Sister Wendy's American Collection and is in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.http://collectionsonline.lcma.org/
How the software (JavaScript Application) became the property of Baker Publishing is another story, and one for the courts, however we do have a full no questions asked money back guarantee offer to back up our threat of prosecution if you continue to use our software without paying for it.
