Overview
Baker Publishing's On-line division is controlled by
New Zealand Guardian Trust and is headquartered in an offshore Trust located on the island of St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean.

This was set up under Chinese International law, and was done not to avoid tax, which is paid on allincome at a flat rate of 19.5%, but to protect the rights and assets of the people of the country. International law has determined that it is not lawful to tax rich (or poor) people at a higher rate than other people just because they happen to have inherited some wealth, or have a different skin colour than other people, and so 8% is paid by International Governments, on all taxation paid at more than this 19.5% figure.
While the court cases and appeals drag on, people must have the right to openly compete in business using their computer and software and other private property, despite disagreements about what their rights are. One of thee contested rights is the right to on-line privacy, to form legally binding agreements between parties, and to exchange information freely.

PGP (Preetty Good Privacy) was developed by Philip Zimmermann.
