I now mask off the blades in
preparation to seal the
handles. sealing insures they
wont come unwrapped.
After sealing the handles and
allowing them to fully dry I
leave the tape on and prepare
to make the sheaths
Time to make the sheaths.
This batch will have
Concealex sheaths. I first cut
out the proper size of material.
Then I heat it up with a heat
gun and fold it around the
knife and compress it with
foam. This molds the material
to the shape of the knife.
Now I drill the rivet holes in the
sheath and set the rivets.
