Our home we purchased in April 2006 in old Roseville. It was built in 1928 and is 1,404 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen, a separate diningroom, a good size livingroom, a pantry, a large basement (which is rare-- most Calfornia homes do not have basements), and a detached single garage. We have a large front yard, and even a larger fenced in back yard that Sassy loves. We adore our new home! It just took a lot of work to get us there...

The guest bedroom.... the easiest room to remodel-- all we needed was paint to cover the icky peach-brown paint they had in there. Ewww...
