June Meeting

  • Annual Strawberries at Donwell Abbey meeting with special guest speaker, Joan Klingel Ray, who will be presenting "Jane Austen for Smarties." Joan Ray is past President of JASNA and a Professor of English at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where she is also a President's Teaching Scholar. Before the meeting, the group will meet for a nuncheon at the Grill at Legacy Ridge, 10801 Legacy Ridge Parkway, Westminster, Colorado. Further details will be forthcoming.

August Meeting

  • "Austen's Siblings in Reality" — panel presentation of Jane Austen's siblings. Our sibling panel will include the following siblings and their presenters: James and Edward Austen by Rebecca Dickson; Francis and Charles Austen by Rae Wiseman; Henry Austen by Janet Smith and Miss Austen (Cassandra) by Pam Mingle.

October Meeting
