BIPAS(Bio-Medical Image Processing System) I deveopled this Application as Final Year BE Project. This software focused on images from medical imaging like
x-ray, CT scans was laid towards processing and analysis of above-mentioned
images. I implemented additional filter and another operation like image
slicing, pseudocolour processing, erosion, dilation, opening, closing etc.
Furthermore classification routines were developed which are able to identify
the sickle cells, RBCs and WBCs from the image of blood sample
