Ordering Your Favorite Cakes & Cookies Online
Option 1: Online Order
Ordering your chocolates, cakes & cookies online has never been this easy. Just follow these 4 simple steps!
1st : At the top menu, select whether to shop for Chocolates, Cakes, or Cookies.
2nd : Click into the product that you are interested and select “Add to Cart”
3th : Click the shopping cart icon on the top left corner and select “Proceed to Checkout”.
4th :
Fill up all the information and you will be guided through for our
secured payment or just select to pay cash upon delivery.
Hurray, you are done. You will receive a confirmation email with your
order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it’s not
in your inbox.
We Accept Cash On Delivery (Malaysia), Online Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, or PayPal.
Option 2: WhatsApp Order
If you are not familiar with online ordering, just WhatsApp the
following details in accordance to 019-5103768 and we will place the
order online on your behalf:
1) Cake flavor & size
2) How many large candles
3) How many small candles
4) Any message on cake
5) Any message on card (add RM2)
6) Your Name
7) Your Contact Number
8) Your Email Address
9) Receiver’s Name
10) Receiver’s Phone Number
11) Receiver’s Delivery Address (add RM6 delivery fee for purchases below RM99, delivery is free for purchases above RM99)
12) Delivery Date
13) Delivery time
– for KL & Selangor delivery, choose either 9am-2pm, or 2pm-6pm time slot.
– for Outstation order, delivery will be anytime 9am-6pm.
* Please take note WhatsApp ordering is only available during 9am-6pm
(weekdays), 9am-12pm (weekends), and not available on public holiday.
Online ordering operate 24 hours everyday.
* Payment method for WhatsApp ordering is only Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
option available. Order online and pay via bank transfer or credit card
to save RM2 on COD processing fee.
* Additional RM4 delivery fee for express same day delivery service.
* All prices are subject to 6% GST
We
only accept cash on delivery payment up to RM300. For purchases above
RM300, payment has to be made with bank transfer, credit card, debit
card, or paypal.
