(Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology)

- a government agency dedicated to monitor volcano, earthquake,
and tsunami activity, and to issue warnings as necessary.

This Institute is basically the ones that tracks earthquakes,
and observes volcanoes nationally(in Phillippines which is my local country)
