In my web page "Sailing in and around San Carlos"
I mentioned a crossing I once did with the sailboat "My Darling".

November 2006, she was being towed by a shrimpboat from Guaymas (mainland Mexico) to Ensenada
(West Coast Baja California) via Cabo San Lucas.
After rounding Cabo and heading into the waves of the Pacific, she sprung a leak and sank. Nobody got hurt.             A nice sailing vessel is no more.
