| Artist Janet Lin was born in Fu Jian, China in 1945 and grew up in Taiwan. She has been involved in teaching of fine arts, and has experience working as an art editor. Her specialty is in designing of hand-made shell-weavings. |
| With her exceptional interest in sea and nature, Janet has collected numerous shells and corals since young. Janet seeks to pursue the meaning of unifying life and nature, combining with a deep sense of nostalgia, linking all beautiful dreams with her shell-weavings and paintings into one. |
