Dear Ms. Granofsky,

It has been brought to my attention that there was a situation yesterday in the office that I need to address with you. Apparently when you were in the office to use our copy machine, there was a new resident signing their lease with us. You then were very negative about Oak Grove towards this resident, stating that Oak Grove has gotten worse since new ownership.

First, I would like to address your views on Oak Grove. Since Morgan Properties has taken over, I have not heard any statements or received any communication from you that would state your unhappiness with us. Actually, you chose to transfer to a new apartment home at the end of your lease instead of moving off-site, which makes me believe that you are very happy at the community. If this is incorrect, I would appreciate your scheduling a time to sit and speak with me about your concerns to be sure we have done everything we can to make Oak Grove a better home for you.

Second, I appreciate your right to speak freely, but doing so in the manner you did on April 1 is not only unprofessional for an office environment, but also unwarranted since you have not expressed disinterest in continuing your residency with us.

We value your residency with us and hope to continue having you as part of our community. I would appreciate any issues that you have with the management, office staff or ownership be brought to my attention, not that of new residents in our Leasing Office. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at 410-686-4348 during normal office hours, or anytime via email.

Thank you again for calling Oak Grove your home and have a great day!

Respectfully,
