JESUS CHRIST The only Hope
The Son of God took himself the punishment we deserve
We, all sinned and are under the death sentence, spiritually. There is no way of achieving our salvation. But God loved us so much that he sent his only Son, Jesus Christ to receive our punishment.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
Two thousands years ago, Jesus came to this world in a supernatural way and was born in Virgin Mary in the Palestine. He taught people the truth and love of God. He never committed sin in his life but he died for our sins on the cross. God demonstrated to this world that Jesus was his Son and raised him from the dead on the third day. According to the bible, he appeared to the many for forty days and he ascended to the heaven.
Accepting Jesus makes you a child of God
Since Jesus took himself the punishment that belongs to us, whosoever accepts him as his own saviour will be set free from the power of Satan.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
Depart from your sins and repent, and become a child of God! The Holy Spirit is inviting you NOW so that you can be created new in Christ Jesus. He wants you to be saved, but God does not force you. It’s your decision.
The time of decision is now!
If you now accept the Christ as your own Saviour and commit to it, you will receive a gift of peace from Him. You will become a better person and have true power to combat this world. Not only you will enjoy the blessings promised in the bible but will live in true happiness because your salvation is assured when you die.
Be aware of !
The religious sacrifices and ceremonies and rituals will not solve your life problems. Neither good deed, which we ought to do as a right human being, will remove all the heavy burdens of your soul. Drugs, alcohol’s and other escaping means and methods will not only increase the weight of your past faults and wrong doings neither solve your pains and pleasures. It will only harm more of you and your family, and to the society.
Only Jesus can remove your heavy burdens. Jesus said;
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
"Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
"For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30)
Prayer
"Lord, Jesus I confess that I am a sinner. I repent all my past sins. Please save me. I surrender to you. Please take over my life and be the Lord of my life and guide me. Use me according to you will, in Jesus’ name, Amen "
