Ah Utah!  State of Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Monument Valley and many other beautiful phenomena.  Well, what can we tell you about them?  Absolutely nothing!  Our journey through Utah took us straight up I-15 to Salt Lake City.
So why didn't we travel east to view these sights?  Two reasons, our generator didn't work and Indie needed to see a vet.  Unfortunately our generator had decided to stop working just when we needed our air conditioning.  In temperatures regularly reaching 100F the conditions inside the van were unbearable.  We decided to stop at Cedar City to get it fixed.
The mechanic at Desert Pines RV Garage obviously had no idea what he was doing.  The garage didn't even have the equipment necessary to blow up the RV's tyres.  We said thanks but no thanks and drove speedily to Cummings Intermountain in Salt Lake City.  A bit of tweeking with the generator there and our air conditioning was fully restored.  No more sweaty nights.
