What easier way easy way to bring the center of Europe closer to you than eat the food. The Wiener Schnitzel, which originated in Vienna is very easy to make. Traditionally, the Schnitzel is made using veal, although the dish can be equally as tasty when made with beef, chicken breast, or turkey.

Trim the veal schnitzels of any sinew or fat. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin gently pound the steaks evenly.

Put the flour, egg and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes. Add desired salt and pepper together with the beaten egg and mix. Put the veal in the flour, coating both sides. Then put the schnitzel in the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining schnitzels. Heat a large frying pan and put oil. Once the oil is warm, put the schnitzels to the pan and cook over a medium heat on each side until golden brown

Drain excess oil and serve immediately with salad or French fries.

This dish is very easy to make, and it does not take long to do. Children will definitely enjoy this meal.
