Delaying their national final until almost deadline day didn't necessarily mean that the Bozzes have been doing their homework.
Out
of the many, many songs submitted, Hano has
been selected to go forward to the Parken. It's been receiving
mixed reactions from different sources, but I don't *think* the
Great Euro Schlockstock will be pegging its tent in Sarajevo next
year (you'd probably bend all the pegs in the rubble anyway - oh,
hush my mouth...)
HEARD-IT: Opening with fake crackling
record sounds, this is one of two (Israel being the other) ethnic
entries in this year's line-up. It's certainly the most
convincing of the two, with echoes of both Tattva and Putnici.
The latter very nearly got into the Top 5 in Jerusalem, so
who knows?
AND ON THAT NOTE, WE'LL PREDICT: A lot better than some people are anticipating.
