Welcome to my image gallery! Eventually, I hope to learn several different renderers, but currently I've only done anything worth posting in POVRay, a marvelous freeware ray-tracer. Try it out, if you haven't already!

My ColorPicker application is available from my downloads page. Screenshots are now available, too!

The following images were all created in POVRay. To view a larger version of the picture, click on the image. Each image will open in a new 656x500 window.

"Vertigo." Okay, so it was only a test render. But I liked how it turned out, and since I haven't had anything worth putting in my gallery for several months, I figured this would do.
"On Top of the World." This was my submission to the May/June 1998 IRTC (the theme was "Nature"). It placed 30th out of 106 total entries...not as good as my last entry, but still a bit better than I anticipated! (7/2/1998)
"Sea of Sky." An experiment with Chris Colefax's Galaxy plugin, as well as a nifty helix modeller I found on the internet. (6/19/1998)
My contribution to the plethora of ray-traced dice.
Simple, yet strangely surreal... Who is this "Eye Guy?" Where did he come from? Why is he here?
This was my entry for the July/August '97 IRTC competition. The theme was magic...it tied for 19th out of over 160 entries!
Ah, eternity! Only mirrors can truly capture its essence!
I was trying for something Bryce-ish with this...Not bad, but I realized how hard it is to create a realistic landscape in POV! To anyone who has pulled it off--I salute you! (And I beg for your source code...:)
This was for a presentation I had to give in one of my technical writing classes, about ray-tracing. This particular image was to demonstrate the effects of refraction.
More eyes, for no particular reason. I'm proud of the water, though. :)
Anyone want to take a stab at this one? I don't know what it is, either. It was a test scene done for a POV patch that Twyst and I put together with arrays...
