Title: Not So Angelic
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 28
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I
did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me.
Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.

"Cut!" The camera man declare. Jaylynn and Shannon broke away with matching
grins. "Thank God! I felt absolutely nothing!" Jaylynn giggled. Shannon's smile
dimmed slightly, "Not sure if I should be insulted by that or not." he said.
"Well, your a great kisser, um, don't get me wrong. But it felt like kissing my
brother...well, not that I've kissed my brother, but you know what I mean. And
if I liked it, then there was going to be a woman with a giant shoe after me."
Jaylynn giggled.
Shannon laughed and turned to leave the room. But he stopped briefly in the
doorway, "Not quite as nice as kissing Shane Helm's, in other words." he grinned
before he disappeared.

CharLee paced outside Paul Heyman's makeshift office, waiting to be called in
after the meeting was over. Finally a group of men left the office and Paul
appeared before her. "Come in CharLee." He said in a business-like tone. CharLee
felt her heart lurch. She had pushed him to far.
Suprise thumped through her body when she saw Stephanie McMahon leaning against
the wall. "CharLee, I know you still don't believe Paul or Jaylynn that the ring
shopping expedition was completely innocent, but I was hoping to help convicne
you it was." Stephanie spoke.
CharLee felt her defenses prickle up. "I'm not sure what exactly you can say..."
CharLee began. She was interrupted by Stephanie throwing a rather heavy folder
on the desk. "Here are statements signed by the employee's of the jewelry store
who helped us. They all state that two women and one man, the ones in the
picture, were looking for rings. For another woman." stephanie looked over at
Paul who smiled.
"What can I say? I'm thorough." Stephanie smiled. Paul pulled the ring box out
of the desk, opened it and sat it before CharLee. She looked at the ring with
wide eyes. No one spoke for a few moment. "I guess I really made an ass out of
myself, didn't I?" CharLee asked. Stephanie held her fingers up only an inch
apart, as if to say, 'Just a little.'
CharLee turned her eyes toward Paul, who was gazing at her with a look she
couldn't quite decipher. "Can you ever forgive me?" She asked. "That could be
arranged." He spoke, breaking into a grin.

Jaylynn shuffled down the corrider, wandering if she could outrun the security
guard. She looked up in time to see Shane Helms round the corner, narrowly
avoiding a crash of bodies. Shane briefly looked at her before beginning to walk
off.
"Are you never going to speak to me again?" Jaylynn called out to him. Shane
turned and gave her a withering look. "Oh, okay, so we are going for the often
deadly silent treatment. I can handle that. It means I get to talk more without
you interrupting me." Jaylynn rambled.
"What do you want?" Shane broke in. "I want my friend back." Jaylynn told him
candidly. "What friend?" Shane asked.
Jaylynn turned wide eyes to him. "You!" she spoke. "Oh, well, I don't know if
you could call us friends. I don't consider people who lie to me my friends."
Shane replied with a cold tone.
Jaylynn felt like she'd been slapped. "I didn't lie to you! I never once said I
wasn't with Shane McMahon! I just never told you that I was!" Jaylynn defended
weakly. "Ohhh, that makes it so much better." Shane mocked.
"Listen SuperJerk. I need my friends right now. I have some psycho stalking me,
scaring the crap out of me. I thought you were a friend I could count on. I
guess I made another fucking mistake." Jaylynn turned on her heel and stalked
off. "Loved the new pictures on the internet of you!" Shane called out after
her.
Fear gripped Jaylynn as she began to run down the hall. The only sound besides
her feet hitting the cement was the sound of the security guard running ten
paces behind her.
