Title: Not So Angelic
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 29
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me. Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns either of us).  And I use the wrestlers wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know yet *L*.

Jaylynn rushed into Shane McMahon's office adn was eternally grateful that for once he was no where in sight. She threw herself into the office chair and clicked the Internet Bookmarks section to find the rumor website on his laptop.

Once again she was greeted with an Angelic headline. "Angel sheds good girl image". When she clicked on the headline, no words popped up, only pictures began to load.

The first picture showed Amy leaving her hotel room and it included a time. With a sinking heart Jaylynn saw the next picture showed her opening the door, in her revealing slacker outfit, for Jeff Hardy. The next picture showed Jeff entering the room with a time on it.

The picture after that showed her standing in the doorway, holding the door open, Jeff in front of her, in what could only be described as looking like an intimate moment. Two more pictures were loading after that one. One of Jeff hardy standing outside her shut door, grinning cockily and the other of Amy returning to the room. All of these had times on it.

For a brief moment Jaylynn considered throwing the laptop out the window, but she knew that was only a temporary solution. That it would be out of sight, but definately not out of mind.

"Can I ask what exactly was happening inbetween the time Jeff Hardy entered the hotel room adn the time he left?" Jaylynn heard Shane McMahon ask. She slowly raised her eyes to meet his. "We talked. He was waiting for Amy." Jaylynn replied honestly.

"Looks like it was a pretty intimate talk." Shane said, moving to lean over her shoulder, pointing to the picture of them in the doorway before Jeff left. "Do you want to know exactly what he was saying?" Jaylynn asked and when Shane nodded she continued, "He apologized for treating me likes hit. For giving me a hard time about my past. He said that I'd proven that I was a credibe women's wrestler and that he hoped we coudl start over."

"Well, that is certainly a, satifisfied, grin on his face. What did you do to convince him of that?" Shane asked. Jaylynn stood up suddenly, ramming the chair back into his midsection. She turned to face him and smiled coldly at his doubled over form. "I hope to God that you aren't implying what I think you're implying." She said.

Shane rightened himself and held her gaze before his face softened. "I'm sorry. I guess that my jealous streak just comes out when it comes to you. I shouldn't have said that." Shane said, wrapping his arm around her. Jaylynn shrugged out of his embrace and moved to the door. "I need to go for a walk." She said before leaving the room.

The moment she left she found Shane Helms' leaning against the hallway wall. "Did you see the latest pictures?" he asked. "What the hell? Does every single person in this place check that site religiously?" Jaylynn asked.

"I'm taking that as a yes. So...care to explain them?" Shane asked. Jaylynn opened her mouth to tell him the exact same thing she had told Shane McMahon moments ago but then thought better of it.

"No, I don't. You won't believe me no matter what I say. You think I'm a lying whore, so why waste either of our time?" Jaylynn spoke, her face and voice completely devoid of any emotion. Before he could reply she moved past him and down the hallway.

Shane Helms wathced her curiously before turning to knock on Shane McMahon's door.
