Title: Not So Angelic
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 17
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I

Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.

Jaylynn sat back in the seat of the car, amazed that the packages in the
backseat hadn't consumed them or drowned them yet. Paul Heyman had a ring for
CharLee tucked safely in his pocket and was planning to pop the question the
next night.
Jaylynn had more clothes than she had ever owned plus a promise from Stephanie
that they were going to visit her seemstress before long to get her some ritzy
clothes. As Stephanie had put it, "Just in case you decide to hang out with my
brother." and had winked at her.
Jaylynn had figured Stephanie knew about her situation with Shane M., and she
really didn't mind. She was actually suprised at how well she and Stephanie got
along. Jaylynn had thought Stephanie would be stuck up and hard to have fun
with, but Jaylynn had found herself giggling most of the day with Stephanie. She
was a shrewd businesswoman, but she was also just a regular woman.
Jaylynn sighed as the scenery flew by on their way back to the arena, without
the wigs.

Jaylynn made her way down to the makeshift cafeteria, craving something
chocolate. As she entered the room she saw CharLee, Kalimai, Shannon, Jeff
Hardy, Matt Hardy, Amy Dumas, Trish Stratus and Angela all gathered around Shane
Helms and a laptop computer.
"Hey Shane, where'd you get the computer?" Jaylynn asked, mentally kicking
herself for forgetting to get one today for him. "This is Matt's." was all Shane
said, a cold edge to his voice.
Jaylynn walked into the group and read what was on the screen. "Is Angel not so
Angelic?" The title read and Jaylynn read it outloud. "WWE's Jaylynn Emerson has
been making the rounds lately. Our source has revealed to us that a man whose
opinion matter to the company has voiced displeasure with a certain aspect of
the budding Angel and Shannon Moore on-screen relationship. Mainly he voiced
concern over the on-screen kiss they are to share this week on Smackdown. Our
source has said that the man is involved with Jaylynn is some way, and jealousy
is said to be a factor. We couldn't confirm that, but our source also brought to
our attention another tidbit of information. Jaylynn, sporting a red wig and
glasses, was spotted ring shopping with Paul Heyman. The same Paul Heyman that
has been said to be romantically involved with Blayze aka CharLee. Guess Jaylynn
isn't so Angelic." she read.
Then Shane Helms clicked below the story and a picture showed up, showing
Jaylynn leaning over a ring case, pointing at one, while Paul Heyman looked on.
"How could you Jaylynn? I thought we were friends." CharLee said in a quiet,
hurt voice. "Please CharLee...it's not what it looks like, I swear." Jaylynn
said.
"I catch you to hugging the other day, and you scurry off before I can barely
say anything to you, and now this? It wasn't a big deal that you two were
hugging, but now he's buying you a ring? Please. The least you could do is fess
up to sleeping with my man." CharLee said, her face slowly turning red.
"Do you all think I'm sleeping with Paul Heyman?" Jaylynn turned to look at her
friends, who all carefully avoided her eyes. "I'm not sleeping with Paul Heyman."
Jaylynn defended herself in a quiet voice.
"Come on Jaylynn...the evidence is in." Jeff Hardy spoke up. Jaylynn fought
against her first reaction, which was to spit on that pretty little Hardy face.
Anger and hurt bubbled up inside of her and she hissed, "I'm not sleeping with
Paul Heyman, I'm sleeping with Shane McMahon."
As soon as the words were out of her mouth she regretted them. "oh shit." She
muttered. Everyone looked at her in shock. Shane Helms stood up abruptly and
left the room. Jaylynn felt tears wellign up in her eyes and she followed him.
"Shane...wait...please." she pleaded. He turned and glared at her. "So, Shane
fucking McMahon is the reason. The reason you couldn't talk to me about us. You
were fucking Shane McMahon and kissing me." He hurled the words at her, putting
her on the defense.
Jaylynn leaned against the hallway wall and said, "I told you that the kiss was
a mistake." "God Jaylynn, I guess you can take the slut out of the federation,
but you can't take the slut out of the girl." Shane hissed.
Stunned Jaylynn demanded in a trembling voice, "What does that mean?" "You don't
have to sleep your way to the top anymore. You don't have to whore yourself out
to Shane McMahon to make it in the WWE." Shane told her, in a mocking
compassionate voice.
Jaylynn flung her hand out in what could only be described as the Billion Dollar
Bitch Slap that landed hard on his cheek, stinging her hand. Wordlessly she
turned and fled down teh hallway and away from Shane Helms.
