Title: Fallen Angel
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 5
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me. Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns either of us).  And I use the wrestlers wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know yet *L*.
Summary: New Story
Feedback: I need feedback like I need air! So give it to me, babee!

Jaylynn heard pyrotechnics going off and for a moment, she thought that last night had been a bad dream. That she was really at Raw. Only when she opened her eyes and felt the stinging pain in her face did she realize that it hadn't been a bad dream.

She turned and saw CharLee sitting next to her in a hospital chair, her eyes focused toward the wall. Jaylynn followed her eyes and saw she was watching Raw.

Jaylynn moved her hand around to get CharLee's attention and then motioned that she needed a drink. CharLee handed her a glass of water, and Jaylynn gratefully sipped at it.

"Sorry, I had to watch. I want to see how they are going to deal with what happened to you." CharLee said, motioning towards the TV. Jaylynn gave her a questioning look. "It's all over the internet. About Shane being arrested and getting bailed out. About how you are still in the hospital. They'll have to explain something since the Pay Per View built up for a huge storyline for you, Lita, Trish and Sinful." CharLee explained.

Jaylynn nodded and her eyes focused on the TV. They were showing Hurricane arriving at the arena "earlier that day". Terri rushed up to him. "Hurricane, tonight you have a match against Jeff Hardy. A match you requested. Why did you ask for the match?" she asked.

Hurricane appeared to think on it for a moment. "Mr. Jeff Hardy stepped out of line with Angel last week. First beating her up and then breaking her heart. Hurricane just asks, Whatsupwitdat?" he said. "But Hurricane, why are you defending Angel? You seem to have no ties to her whatsoever. Whatsupwitdat?" Terri asked.

"It's simple Citizen Terri." Hurricane said before removing his jacket. Instead of his usual Green Lantern t-shirt, he had on an Angel t-shirt. The dark blue shirt had a picture of Angel in mid-moonsault with a scribbled pair of wings etched on to her back. The white-clad figure was the only image on the front.

Hurricane turned around and the camera zoomed in on the words, "So Good, It Should Be A Sin." with a copy of her Angel signature, a halo hanging off the 'L'. The crowd roared their approval and when they quited, Hurricane spoke again. "Angel needs a Superhero in her corner to avenge the wrongs that have been commited against her."

Stephanie banged her palm against her forehead in frustration. "We have to think of something to tell the fans. Most of them know that Jaylynn is in the hospital, injured, becuase of a fight with Shane. Jaylynn might be able to start making appearance again, but not wrestling, in a week. But we'll still have to explain it. She'll still have bruises and makeup will only cover so much of it." Stephanie told the writers gathered around the conference table.

"What do you suggest?" one of the writers asked. Stephanie glared at him. "If I had any auggestions, I'd be suggesting them. As I see it, we have two options. We can play it off as Angel getting jumped from somewhere in the back, we'd have to use a body double for that because Jaylynn is in no shape to do any of that. Or we can admit it to the fans. Be honest." Stephanie said.

"I think we should play this the same way we did the Stone Cold situation when he walked out. Use it to our advantage. Do Confediental shows on it. Put it in the magazine. Use it." Stephanie heard a voice rumble from behind her.

Stephanie turned to look at her father, Vince McMahon. "But that could do more harm to Jaylynn. Hasn't she been through enough?" Stephanie asked. "Stephanie, this is business. Don't make it personal. Now, use it." Vince commanded.
