Title: Fallen Angel
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 12
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I
did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me.
Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.

Jaylynn chewed nervously on her thumbnail as her
eyes stared unseeingly at Velocity Saturday night. In a few minutes
Confidential would be on. Her life would be there for all to see.
She had went home for a few days to recuperate,
but now she was back traveling with the tour. She couldn't stand being at home
alone any longer. She had been at the Friday house show, and honestly, she
felt even more alone now. Watching her friends perform and advance their
storylines in the ring while she had to sit out.
Thank God the bruises on her face had faded and
her face wasn't as swollen. She should be back on TV monday. There were still
nasty bruises on her arms, torso, and legs. There was a rather nasty glaring
bruise on her calf that hurt tremendously at times.
Jaylynn took a small drink of the Coke and Rum
mixture she had made. Knowing what was about to happen, she knew a few drinks
might help dull the pain. In fact, earlier when she had stood in the liquor
aisle she couldn't decide on her poison, so she had grabbed a few. Sitting in
her mini fridge was the rest of the rum, and bottles of Vodka and Jack
Daniels. The good stuff.
She had also downed a few pain pills, not really
for the pain, but to take the edge off. If she made it through the night
alive, she'd deserve it.

Jaylynn watched Mean Gene with feigned interest
as he rambled on about Kurt Angle. She sucked in a lung full of air as a
picture of her and Shane McMahon showed on the screen.
"WWE's latest power couple have called it quits,
and in such a dramatic fashion, truly worthy of the WWE." Mean Gene declared.
A picture was shown of Jaylynn and Shane McMahon holding hands outside the
small grocery store near her house. She heard Shane's voice as her eyes welled
up with tears as she viewed the picture before it showed Shane himself.
"The moment I saw Jaylynn, I knew she was
special. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's the truth. My father, Vince
McMahon, had showed Stephanie and myself a video fo her latest match in the
PGWA. He told us about the character idea they had for her to play Angel in
the Sinfully Angelic Tag Team. You could tell from the video that she was a
natural. She had been discovered by Amy Dumas, also known as Lita, at a PGWA
show." Shane said.
Then the camera moved to show clips of Jaylynn's
PGWA matches as her voice dubbed over. "My dream was to make it to the WWE. I
was such a huge fan, and I'll even admit that I thought Shane McMahon was
cute."
Clips showed of Shane McMahon from WWE TV. THen
it switched back to Shane.
"I first met Jaylynn in person at a bar in some
town we were in. She was laughing and talking with a group of Superstars and I
knew I had to meet her. I tried to play it cool, but I was nervous as hell."
he said. A video clip showed of Shane strutting down the Raw ramp with
Jaylynn's voice saying, "When I first met Shane, I thought he was a cocky
bastard. But I was intrigued."
The camera went back to Shane. "We ended up
hooking up one night and I think I fell in in love with her that night. I even
went as far as to surprise her at her place in North Carolina. The more time I
spent with her, the deeper I fell. I thought she had fallen for me too, but
I'm still not sure to this day. I thought she might be seeing someone else and
jealousy took over. I did some things I shouldn't have and found out she had
been making out with Shane Helms just hours after I left her place in NC."
Shane said, his face growing dark.
"He bugged my house and installed video camera's
so he could spy on me! Then he made up this stalker fan guy to harass me! All
this because he thought I had another lover on the side when he was the one
who was still married! Yes, I kissed Shane Helms but he and I both knew it was
a mistake. We've been nothing but friends since then." The camera showed
Jaylynn, who was scrounched down in her seat with her bucket hat pulled down
so low on her face that you couldn't see the bruises because of the shadows.
"We became a couple after that. Going everywhere
together. Jaylynn practically lived with me on our days off. We were so
happy." Shane said as the camera zoomed in on him looking pitifully sad.
"It was a delusion. How can you be happy if you
are living a lie?" Jaylynn asked before the show went to commercial break.
