Title: An Angel Gets Her
Wings
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 17
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I

Kalimai and Angela, at least in some round about way. And the address to the
stories is at the bottom of this email. And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's not to bad...sexual situations are involved, but
nothing graphic.
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing and implied sexual relations
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't
know yet *L*.
Summary: Follows the life of a women's wrestler in the WWE.
Feedback: I need feedback like I need air! So give it to me, babee! I have
been suffocating lately....so please, send in the feedback.

"are you going to be ok?" Stephanie asked, concern radiating from her body.
"Eventually. I think that I'm in shock right now. I'll probably have my
emotional breakdown later on." Jaylynn sniffled.
"Let me know if there is anything I can do. Time off or whatever. I want to
make up for my brother being the scumbag that he is." Stephanie told her,
squeezing her arm gently. "you mean, you aren't going to fire me?" Jaylynn
asked in surprise.
"Why would I fire you? You hit him on your own time and unless he presses
charges, there's nothing to be done." Stephanie informed her. Jaylynn
gasped, "Do you think he'll press charges?" She hadn't even thought of that.
"I highly doubt it. If he did then he would have to tell the whole sordid
tale and I'm doubting that he'd willingly do that. I doubt any of them
would." Stephanie assured her. "What about your dad and Shane? What if they
think I should be punished or something?" Jaylynn asked, not wanting to
believe she was out of the danger zone just yet.
"Then I'll tell them that I'm suspending you for a few house shows. You'll
get a week off." Stephanie grinned and winked at her. Jaylynn let out a
shaky breath. She had never felt so relieved. She still had her job, a job
that she loved doing and none of her close Diva friends were mad at her.
Jaylynn sank down onto her bed and Kali gave her shoulders a comforting
squeeze. "See, everything will be okay." She whispered. "Yeah, except for
the situation with Shane one and two, and Jeff. How am I suppose to get over
that. I loved Shane McMahon, I truly cared for Jeff, I felt myself falling
for Shane Helms. And they all betrayed me. They all purposely hurt me for no
good reason. I didn't deserve this, did I?" Jaylynn asked out loud to no one
in particular.
"No you did not! You didn't deserve any of this. I don't know why these guys
thought they should go and do this stupid thing, but I can assure you that
they all feel horrible about it now. Hindsight is 20/20." Amy told her. "You
did a lot to overcome your past Jaylynn. You proved to everyone and to
yourself that you deserved to be here. I don't want to see you throw all
that away because of three dumbasses." Kali said heatedly.
"I know that at some point I'll have to forgive them so I can move on...but
I don't think I can ever do that." Jaylynn admitted, wringing her hands in
her lap. "Don't worry about that. You do deserve the right to tell each of
them exactly how they made you feel. The rest will come after that. Right
now you deserve the right to be upset. To be furious. To be hurt. Don't try
to rush anything else." CharLee advised.
Jaylynn nodded, allowing herself a chance to believe, even if only for a
moment, that everything would one day be okay.
