| Yep thats me having a cup of tea in St Mark's Square while I listed to the musicians play. You can see a night shot of one of the many musical groups that played from the stages set up in front of the restuarants that line square. They play wonderful classic Italian songs night and day. It felt like I was in the middle of movie. |

| Above is St Mark's Basillica next to Doge Palace. The picture to its right being one of the many canals. Keep in mind there are no cars on San Marco island only boats and canals. As you can see the pigeons rule here and are quite comfortable resting on the local humans. Venice was truly great especially the food and relaxed atmosphere even with the many street vendors pushing the cheap fakes of Louis Vuiton. |
