| Jennifer looks at the cave, debating if she should go in or not. Jennifer turns to say something to her shadow self, but that self has disappeared. With a shrug, Jennifer enters the cave. Much to her surprise, nothing is in there. She wanders out the other end, which leads back into the meadow. At this point in the story, our heroine decides to enjoy the meadow. She sits in the field, contemplating a dandelion. She lies back and feels the warm sun wash over her. After resting a while, Jennifer stands up and notices some movement on the other side of the field. She thinks, �I wonder what that could be.� |
