Day two of the Honey Blonde. You can see the vigorous primary fermentation has begun. This picture better captures the light color of the beer, but because of the necessity of a flash and the fact it is in a carboy, it should be lighter than that; more like a pale ale color. That's what it is, sort of, a pale ale cossed with a bit of a honey wheat, finished with Cascade hops (flowery, citrusy aroma) and a yeast purported to bring out the "fruitier" flavors of beer. Hopefull it will make a good May beer.

This is the beer that was born today.
The working title is "Honey Blonde" but I Really don't know what it is going to end up like.
It looks dark in this picture, but it is indeed a "blonde" color.
