1. Waltz

Note: Sequences are taught to teach the following figures.

First Quarter:
1. Waltz:
Basic (Closed Change), Reverse Turn, Natural Turn, Hesitation, Combination, Under-arm Turn.

2. Quickstep:
Basic (Walks), Quarter Turn, Natural Pivot Turn, Promenade walk, Under-arm Turn.

3. Tango:
Basic, Tango Walk, Promenade Walk, Rock Step, Corte, Throwaway and Link.

Second Quarter:
1. Viennese Waltz:
Natural Turn, Reverse Turn, Closed Change, Pause Step.

2. Foxtrot:
A turning Sequence (Front & Back Turn Sequence)

Third Quarter:
1. Foxtrot:
Detailed analysis of the Foxtrot Sequence Three Step, Feather Step, Natural Turn, And Reverse Turn

2. Waltz:
Reverse Turn (Standard), Natural Turn (Standard), And Closed Change.

3. Quickstep:
Lock Step, Outside Step, Back Lock.

Fourth Quarter:
1. Break up of individual figures and the amalgamation of all the dances covered above.

Fifth Quarter:
1. Advance Basics of all the dances, Body Movements, Feel in a dance.

Sixth Quarter:
1. Dance Language and Interpretation, Philosophy.
