| I am JAHEER BASHA.C doing B.Tech Automobile engineering at Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai. Our insitute has the pride of producing the scientist Dr.APJ ABDUL KALAAM.The royal automobile engineering department has been offering royal subjects and ideas since 1949. My native is salem,tamilnadu,india.I was born on march 24 th 1984 at 7:AM. During my childhood, we were at Thannithotti near Ammapet, in salem .I did my kidden garden school education and first standard education at Sri sathya sai matriculation school.I did my 2, 3, 4, 5 th standard education at Anderson matriculation school , yercaud mainroad, Gorimedu,Salem-8.I did my high school and higher secondary education at Sri ramakrishna sarada higher secondary school which played an important role in my school career. Salem is the place surrounded by mountains on all sides .There is abundant resources and raw materials. Rainfall and water availabily is also sufficient.Temperature is moderate as Cauvery river furnishes vegetation.If the british has visited salem before MAHE ,they may have establish their east india company at salem. We are living in the house surmounted with calm atmosphere.There are farms,wide variety of trees, bushes, herbs which make the atmosphere 100 % pure. As there is no vehicle disturbance ,the place is very calm, green and clean.There is a stream running at a distance of 100 metres from our house.The stream starts its origin from yercaud and karadu hills.The area is urban full of houses, on one side of the stream.On the other side, the area is a pure rural one. Farms, sugarcane, coconut, palm, potatoes, barley, maize, jasmine and many other crops are being cultivated here . We have our house in 1460 feet square.The first floor of our calm home is exposed to sunlight.The climate is always moderate with more humidity. As Salem is the city of moderate temperature, high rainfall and rich vegetation, its vegatation poses up to world level.Yercaud hills is the sherveroy mountain range which is one of the major summer resorts and national tourist resorts in India.It is of the height 2500 metres from the sea level.It is located at a distance of 3 kms from our house .Clouds surmound the location here and there. As Salem is fully surrounded by hills there is less possibility of natural disasters like earthquake,floods etc.The steel city is famous for its mangoes.The irrigation is provided by mettur dam known by all Indians. |
